Spoke with Jaylee today. Was a breath of fresh air to speak to someone so enthusiastic, polite and thoughtful. I would recommend speaking with her as she makes you feel at home. Friendly, bubbly and happy outlook is infectious. Jaylee was also very professional and responded positively to me. Came off the phone in a good mood.
