Properties sold on streets bearing George attract by far the highest price premium, and George also tops the popularity league. Over 1200 sales have taken place on streets bearing this name, Charles taking second place and William third. Louis, a name the new Prince shares with both his brother and father, and perhaps one that may now become more popular for new housing developments over the coming years.
