At Lawrence Rand we take client feedback very seriously,and one of the best ways we can guage how we are doing is through actually asking! So last month we sent out a survey to our database to see what they had to say.
In surveying there's a question asked that's often seen as the 'gold standard' of customer feedback. That is, to see if someone would recommend us to their friends and family. After all, if they say yes to that it means that they not only liked the service provided but are confident enough in it to recommend it to others.
So, in response to the question we asked in our survey, "Would you recommend Lawrence Rand to friends, family or colleagues?" we received an amazing 95% of respondents (nearly 200 of them) telling us that yes, they would recommend us.
