Tough Mudder

Over the next few weeks, our Lawrence Rand teams from the Ruislip and Eastcote offices will be very busy – not only with their day-to-day roles as estate agents.

We are very pleased to announce that our director, Peter Lawrence, and some of our highly valued team members – Hayden, Paul, Alec, Oliver, and George – will be participating in the Tough Mudder event this September!

For those that are unfamiliar with it, Tough Mudder is an endurance event series that challenges participants to complete a 10-12 mile mud and obstacle course. Sounds exhausting, right? Well, that’s the idea!

These events challenge not only a participant’s physical strength, but also their mental strength. Since its inception in 2009, there have been over 200 Tough Mudder events with approximately 2.5 million participants across 6 countries. In total, it is estimated that Tough Mudder has raised an impressive £5 million for charity.

In order to thrive on the Tough Mudder course, a team must work together, and our Lawrence Rand team cannot wait to get involved and test their mettle! They have undergone lifestyle overhauls and new intensive workout regimes to train for this big challenge.

The event will be taking place in London on Sunday the 24th of September, and will be in aid of the Help for Heroes cause, which offers the wounded and their families a national network of support.
